Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms



  1. 2 tbsp butter (or substitute with oil)
  2. 5 oz. mushrooms sliced
  3. 1 clove minced garlic 
  4. Dash of soy sauce
  5. 1  pinch red pepper flakes
  6. 1 tbsp chopped parsley 
  7. sprinkling sea salt
  8. freshly ground pepper


  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add red pepper flakes.
  4. Mix well, taste, and adjust the seasoning.
  5. Stir in parsley flakes just before serving.


 Serving suggestion:
Serve garlic butter mushrooms over a steak or as a side dish.
